Justin Bieber's hair appears to have gone from bad to worse.
The 21-year-old singer, who stunned fans by showing off a longer, shaggy style during the VMAs last month, appeared on the TODAY show after reportedly spending TWO and half hours dying his locks platinum blonde.
He'll never get that time back but at least he's dedicated to his bizarre new 'do.
The chart-topping star, who became the youngest artist to have a new track go straight in at number one after releasing What Do You Mean?, thankfully wore a blue cap for most of his set, part of the programme's concert series.
